Fundraising 2012

We held an Information Evening on Saturday 21st January from 6:30 - 10:30pm in St Ives. Pastor Andrew and Meki from Zambia spoke about life, education and the work of Blessed to Bless. Click here to view the invitation.
Fundraising 2011
- Our first fundraiser for 2011 was a Buffet Lunch / Afternoon Tea, which was held in St Ives, on Saturday 26th March. Almost $2000 was raised, which went towards the shipping of a container of second-hand goods from Australia to Zambia.
- We sold a number of Entertainment Books.
- On 4th November, we held an Amanda Grace Jewellery Party in St Ives.
- In September 2011 we launched our Building Fund Appeal. This was to raise money for a caretaker's cottage. Approximately $5000 was raised from this appeal.
Fundraising 2010
- On 1st May our second Trivia Night was held at the Northern Suburbs Rugby Club. There were 103 people in attendance and we raised over $4000 for Zambia's underpriveleged children.
- On Saturday 5th June, we held an African Gospel Music Night with Zambian gospel singers Ephraim and Shadrach. This was a very enjoyable evening and we are thankful to these talented musicians for entertaining us.
- On Saturday 23rd October, approximately 20 people enjoyed a delicious High Tea and some beautiful hand-made fascinators (made by a B2B member) were sold.
- Our final fundraiser for the year was an Amanda Grace Jewellery Party - this was a great opportunity to buy some gorgeous gifts for Christmas - approximately $750 was raised from this event.
- We sold Entertainment Books, Cadbury Chocolates and Christmas Hampers.
Fundraising 2009
- Approximately 35 people enjoyed A Taste Of India at Mumbai Nights Restaurant in Neutral Bay in March 2009.
- On 24th October, 25 ladies met for a High Tea / Clothes Swap. This event was lots of fun!
- We sold Entertainment Books, Cadbury Chocolates and Christmas Hampers.
Fundraising 2008
- An Afternoon on the Hawkesbury was held on 31st August 2008. Approximately 65 people enjoyed a seafood buffet and light musical entertainment while cruising the Hawkesbury River on The Riverboat Postman, owned by the Davey family.
- On 29th November 2008, approximately 85 people attended a Trivia Night, hosted by David Garnsey, and held at the Chatswood Bowling Club. Plenty of brain straining fun was had by all and some great prizes were won.
